FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I RSVP? Is there a deadline to RSVP?

Thank you all for your RSVPs, we look forward to seeing you! At this time, due to venue requirements, we are not able to add any additional people to the guest list. Please contact Jacob or Lauren directly if you are concerned about your RSVP status.

What time should we arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, so we recommend arriving by 4:30 PM. Guests who for any reason arrive after the ceremony has started may be asked to join the celebration at the reception to avoid interruptions.

Can I bring a plus one?

While we are excited to celebrate with all of you, due to limited capacity and to help us plan for everyone comfortably, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the RSVP link. If your invitation included a plus-one, it will be listed on the RSVP page; otherwise, we kindly ask that no extra guests join. If you believe we may have unintentionally omitted a guest (such as a long-term partner) from your invitation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Lauren or Jacob. Thank you so much for your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire.

Light suits, dresses or cocktail attire welcome. Celebrate the season with color and spring-inspired styles.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love all your children, we kindly request that only children who are specifically invited join the celebration.

Additionally, as a precaution, we'd like to inform everyone that there is a lake on the premises which in some areas is easily accessible to children. While the venue is outdoors with ample space to run and play, please note that there will be limited activities available for children. We kindly ask parents or guardians to supervise and plan accordingly to fit the needs of your children throughout the event.

Are there accommodations for senior or handicapped guests that require assistance?

Between the parking lot and ceremony site there is a set of stone stairs descending through a vineyard.

If a guest needs assistance to be brought down to the ceremony site, please speak to the security guard stationed in the parking lot or call the office (951-676-6162) and the event staff will send a golf cart to circumvent the stairs. The event staff are not permitted to transfer wheelchairs onto the golf carts. For guests that require a wheelchair, please call the office or speak to the security guard as you arrive to have the gate opened so the guest may be driven down to ceremony site and dropped off from their private vehicle. Then please return to the lot for parking.

Will dinner be served? Is there consideration for dietary restrictions?

We want all our guests to enjoy the celebration! Dinner will be buffet style and provided by the venue, please see the menu below. If you have any severe food allergies, please be aware that some cross contamination is inherently possible and we ask you please plan accordingly.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors? What will the weather be?

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. There will be a small section with an indoor dance floor.

The anticipated weather in Temecula in early April is approximately 70° F during the day, with evening temperatures potentially dropping to around 50° F. Guests are kindly advised to plan accordingly and bring appropriate outerwear.

Are we allowed to take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We are excited to have a professional photographer and videographer capturing our special day. To allow them to do their best work, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos and keep all cell phones and personal devices put away and on silent during the ceremony. Please feel welcome to capture photographs/videos on personal devices after the wedding party fully departs the ceremony site and throughout the reception!

What are options for transportation to the venue? Is parking available?

Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to the venue. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also excellent options for getting to and from the wedding safely.

Ample parking will be available at the venue. We kindly ask that all guests plan for a safe ride home. For everyone’s safety, event staff may intervene if a guest appears to be under the influence and attempting to drive.

What if I want to get you a gift that's not on your registry?

Our registry is a suggestion and to ensure that duplicate gifts are not given. If you feel so inclined to gift outside of the registry, you are absolutely welcome to do so.
